Orientasi
Program Orientasi dilaksanakan oleh Bahagian Sumber Manusia dan Latihan, Jabatan Pengurusan untuk semua kakitangan baru di IKN bagi menerangkan polisi, prosedur, peraturan dan peranan serta tanggungjawab kakitangan.
Orientasi khusus kakitangan dilaksanakan oleh jabatan/unit masing-masing.
